About

An IT support technician by training, I spent two years resolving incidents and helping users in demanding environments: a cantonal bank (BCV), a regional hospital (HRC), and a distribution company (Gétaz-Miauton). Windows 11 and Teams migrations, Active Directory Azure, Citrix, L1 and L2 support. It's familiar ground for me.

Since June 2025 I've served as a Radio Reconnaissance Sergeant in the Swiss Army signal troops, leading a team and running communication systems in real field conditions. It taught me two things I bring to any IT role: how to lead a team, and how to stay reliable when the pressure is on.

I sit the ITIL 4 Foundation exam in June 2026, and I'm working towards the Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104) over 2026-2027. Where I want to land: an N2 Support or System Administrator role, at an MSP or an in-house IT team in French-speaking Switzerland.
